Draft Youth Exchange Programme

Here is the draft programme we have for you.


Please take a look at it and comment comment comment... all the possible suggestions are very important for the YOUTH EXCHANGE in FIRENZE (see the picture here).


First of all:
- the daily schedule will be defined in the APV with all the partners, this is only a proposal!
- we will use public transport, buses and bicycles (if we find them for all of you!) for the transfers
- we ask you to think about organizing some of the activities (who wants to organize?)







You should then gather your teams and:

• Choose which sessions you would like to prepare and animate;
• Start to think about methods to use, in order to discuss concrete proposals during the APV. Tell us everykind of methodologic suggestion now, so that we can include it in the project. In particular if you can think of learning methods.
• Choose an International evening to be part. In the APV we will finalise food and materials;
• To post pictures and information about each other in the blog.

Friday 11th April

Afternoon: Arrivals of the participants
Transfer to the country-side venue

Evening: Welcome Evening (who wants to organize?)


Saturday 12th April

Morning: Name games and Group building (who wants to organize?)
Lunch: Barbecue
Afternoon: Environment game in little group (to know each other and the venue)
Evening: International evening (3 countries)


Sunday 13th April

Morning: Decalouge (10 simple rules)
Afternoon: Outdoor walk
Evening: Camp Fire and Games (who wants to organize?)


Monday 14th April

Morning: Role Game on Environment and Sustainable Development (who wants to organize?)
Afternoon: Debate (EU Role and International Treaties)
Evening: International Evening (3 countries)

Tuesday 15th April

Morning: Transfer to the city venue (Firenze)
Afternoon: (who wants to organize?)
Evening: Bowling and pool evening


Wednesday 16th April

Morning: Cleaning activity in the city streets
Afternoon: Conference with an expert and debate + Solidal Brunch (with FairTrade Products)
Evening: (who wants to organize?)


Thursday 17th April

Morning: City Hunt
Afternoon: Free (visit to Firenze)
Evening: (who wants to organize?)


Friday 18th April

Morning: Media and Environment (who wants to organize?)
Afternoon: Artistic Recycling (who wants to organize?)
Evening: in the city centre


Saturday 19th April

Morning: (who wants to organize?)
Afternoon: evaluation and thinking about the future + preparation for the evening
Evening: closing party


Sunday 20th April

Departures of the participants (GOODBYE!!!)
