Sofia-Maria

I’m Sofia-Maria, 21

Someone wants me Sofia, and someone Maria. I’m from Moskow, but have arrived to Estonia absolutely small. Probably, early roads also have affected all my further life.

My hobbies are roads. All spend a lot of time in ways, I emigrate so often). More 2 years of spending in one country for me is very boring, and it washs away to fade somewhere, having replaced conditions. Usually I leave spontaneously, but always I have the purpose of a trip.

Style of my life? Quick.

I’m the student of journalism, study at university. I have no free time at all, running every moment. I don’t have the permanent job, but partial earnings I have time to find) When there are free days, I jump in a train and I leave to visit my friends from the next states)

With pleasure I join the given exchange as thirst of dialogue is inexhaustible, and a problem of ecology in the World - magnificent and a vital topic for collective dialogue)

Robert

I’m from Estonia but I’m Russian.

My hobbies are music, good movies, photography, parties, and tasty food :)!

I don’t like snow, cold weather, and black colour.

I’m working in the restaurant as a waiter.

I really want to know different cultures J

See you… Tsau!

Ljuda

Hi! My name is Ljuda, and Iam 26 years old.

Education: psychologist

Work: ohh….a lot of vverrry different things…. I work like psychologist, trainer, animator, university lecturer.

Hobbies: I like making sport, dancing, swimming (sea – is my passion), reading, playing with kids, music….. I like to live J

I feel myself like a part of the nature, that is why Iam interested in this exchange.

And of course, I want to meet all of you and to have a great time together J !!

Here is some our thoughts about the programme:

We like idea of French team about forum-theater. For us, it will be interesting to participate.

We also have idea about intercultural evenings and we can lead this part of the program.

As you can see, we like making photos J ….and we have a proposal: to do photo presentation from each country (illustration of ecological situation in our towns, like pollution, rubbish and anything you want). Of course, much more interesting to do it in some creative way J.

About watching films: here are films we suggest you to see, and the short description.

The 11th Hour

A look at the state of the global environment including visionary and practical solutions for restoring the planet's ecosystems.

King Corn

King Corn is a feature documentary about two friends, one acre of corn, and the subsidized crop that drives our fast-food nation. In King Corn, Ian Cheney and Curt Ellis, best friends from college on the east coast, move to the heartland to learn where their food comes from. With the help of friendly neighbors, genetically modified seeds, and powerful herbicides, they plant and grow a bumper crop of America's most-productive, most-subsidized grain on one acre of Iowa soil. But when they try to follow their pile of corn into the food system, what they find raises troubling questions about how we eat-and how we farm

An Inconvenient Truth

Director Davis Guggenheim eloquently weaves the science of global warming with Mr. Gore's personal history and lifelong commitment to reversing the effects of global climate change. A longtime advocate for the environment, Gore presents a wide array of facts and information in a thoughtful and compelling way. "Al Gore strips his presentations of politics, laying out the facts for the audience to draw their own conclusions in a charming, funny and engaging style, and by the end has everyone on the edge of their seats, gripped by his haunting message," said Guggenheim. An Inconvenient Truth is not a story of despair but rather a rallying cry to protect the one earth we all share. "It is now clear that we face a deepening global climate crisis that requires us to act boldly, quickly, and wisely," said Gore.

Arctic Tale (A real adventure in the coolest place on earth)

Two narratives -- the life cycle of a mother walrus and her calf, and the life of a polar bear and her cubs -- are used to illustrate the harsh realities of existence in the Arctic.

Ok, what do you think about this?

See you soon!

We would answer in this way: that is because we were spending unforgetable evenings in our deep youth. That is...
